As BIRINCI DAIRY Co. we started our journey 2006 in Bolu with a processing capacity of 1.250 Liter milk/day with the aim to add traditional and new tastes to the world Cousin. During the years we increased our processing capacity to 20.000 liter milk/day and finally with our latest investments and foreign partnership in 2016 we stablished a 14.000 m2 new building and increase our daily milk process to 100.000 liters.

In order to always achieve high quality, natural and healthy products we source our Milk only from Farms in Bolu Province and Abant Region, where the Cow's are only feed naturally. In order to provide you the highest, most natural and healthiest Quality Traditional Turkish and Europea Cheeses we work hard and ensure from Sourcing the Milk till the final Product in our ISO 9001:2008, ISO22000:2005 and Halal Certified Plant every single step under control.

Our main aim is always to achieve %100 Customer Satisfaction. To reach this aim we will always respect the laws, our cooperate principles and the environment and ensure up to date facilities and productions.
